Shipping & Returns:

At Coastal Abode Atelier, each piece is thoughtfully curated and many of our creations are one-of-a-kind works of natural coastal art. We take great care in packaging and shipping every item to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Shipping:

Most in-stock items ship within 2–5 business days.

Larger sculptures, custom creations, and freight shipments may require additional preparation time for specialized packaging, crating, and scheduling. Estimated processing times will be provided within each listing.

We ship throughout the United States and select international destinations. International buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges imposed by their country.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided whenever available.

Freight Deliveries:

Large sculptures and oversized pieces may be shipped via freight carrier.

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery whenever possible. Any visible damage to the crate, pallet, or packaging should be noted with the carrier before signing delivery documents.

If damage is discovered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:

* The damaged item
* All packaging materials
* The shipping crate or pallet
* Any visible shipping damage

All original packaging, crates, pallets, and packing materials must be retained until the claim process has been completed.

Failure to preserve packaging materials or make the shipment available for carrier inspection may result in denial of a shipping claim by the carrier or shipping insurer.

Returns:

We want you to be delighted with your purchase.

Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

* The item must be unused and in its original condition.
* The item must be returned in its original packaging.
* Return authorization must be obtained prior to shipment.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or an error was made on our part.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and a 30% restocking fee will apply on this item.

Custom and Made-to-Order Pieces:

Due to the unique nature of custom artwork and made-to-order creations, all custom orders are final sale.

Once work has begun on a custom piece, cancellations, returns, or exchanges cannot be accepted.

Damaged Shipments:

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will work closely with the shipping carrier and insurance provider to assist with the claim process and determine the appropriate resolution.
